Maintenance Plan Improvements!

Dear Valued Customer,

Climate Design Systems would like to extend our sincere gratitude for the relationship you have maintained with us over the year(s). We value each and everyone of our customers as if you are part of our family. Without the relationship you have maintained with us we would not be the thriving business we are today. To better serve our valued customers, we have made a few improvements to our maintenance programs in regards to seasonal windows offered for maintenance as follows:

  • September 16th to April 10th for Heat Preventative Maintenance (this includes gas furnaces, oil furnaces, gas boilers, oil boilers, mini splits used as a primary source of heat, on demand water heaters and heat pumps).
  • April 11th to September 15th for Air Conditioning Preventative Maintenance (this includes all ducted a/c systems, mini splits, and cooling circuits of heat pumps).

As part of process, we will mail out your post card reminder for preventative maintenance 2 weeks prior to the month that you are due for your maintenance. There are two ways you can book your maintenance. You can either call our office Monday -Friday 7:00 am -5:30 pm at 978-689-8312 or you can email, whichever is most convenient for you.

In addition to changing the seasonal windows outlined above, there will be two options offered when you renew your maintenance agreement or to sign up for a new maintenance agreement.

Option One: Recurring monthly payment. Payments are scheduled for the 5th of each month. You have the option of selecting a credit card payment or debit card payment. When you are on a monthly plan, you DO NOT have to worry about renewing. This is a recurring payment until you choose to terminate the agreement. You have the option to add equipment to your plan as well at any time. Prices will be based on a yearly renewal plan broken up over 12 months of 12 equal payments. There is no termination fee if you cancel after signing up. You can cancel this agreement at any time with no minimum monthly requirement. There are no hidden fees or “maintenance fees.”

Option Two: A 2 Year plan (paid in full at time of renewal). Payment will be accepted in the form of cash, credit, debit, or check. Your plan will be active from the time of payment until 2 full calendar years from date of renewal. When you are due for renewal, our office staff will send you a form in the mail with an invoice. Once you receive this invoice, mail back a check or you can call into our main office to renew over the phone. There is no termination fee if you cancel after signing up. You can cancel this agreement at any time. If you cancel, the money paid back will be pro-rated based on the amount of prepaid maintenances you have used.

What will not change is our devotion to you as a valued customer! 24 Hour Emergency Service with no overtime fees, up to 30% off of repairs, prepaid preventative maintenances at no additional charge, priority customer status, extended equipment life, and a transferable agreement.
